The most critical challenge in implementing changes is accepting that we need changes.
There is no more dangerous phrase for an organization that says, "We have always done it this way", because it restricts and inhibits new ideas, growth, and evolution.
We also find the part that moves the floor of the benefits certain groups could receive. Chaos also helps to justify or hide deficiencies. History is full of these examples, and the nightly news shows them daily, but we are not here to debate ideas about them.
The first and foremost challenge in digital transformation and process management is having a leader or group capable of implementing changes.
Establish the objectives of the change.
The material and human resources available.
Change management because groups will avoid it beyond truly sustainable reasons.
Create open communication mechanisms whose objective is continuous improvement.
